CSDB is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to everyone. We regularly monitor our online content and are continuously working to meet or exceed accessibility standards. Our ongoing accessibility efforts are in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, levels A and AA criteria and the Colorado House Bill 21-1110. These guidelines not only help make web content accessible to users with sensory, cognitive, and mobility loss but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

This website is just part of a meaningful change in making all State of Colorado services inclusive and accessible. We welcome comments on how to improve this website’s accessibility and for requests for accommodations to any State of Colorado services.

We are pleased to provide an alternative medium, for accessing information about our programs and services, upon request. If you are  experiencing accessibility barriers or unable to access any content on the CSDB website, please contact CSDB immediately at 719-578-2100, Video Phone 719-358-2600, complete the CSDB Feedback Form, or email webinfo@csdb.org.

CSDB welcomes all suggestions for improving the accessibility features of our website.  If you have found a problem or have suggestions, please contact us.

For CSDB’s grievance procedures regarding Title II and Section 504, please visit the policy section of our website. The grievance procedures are located under section “A-Foundations”.
