Online Payments
CSDB is pleased to announce that we are now able to accept payments online. You are able to pay for fees, meals, classes, etc. By working with the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) on their secured platform, you can click on the button to make your payment with a credit card or e-check. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Online Payment Fees
CSDB is now charging fees for using our online portal. This fee is a portal administration fee and is kept by SIPA, not CSDB.
$1 will be charged for payments made using an electronic check of any amount. For a credit card charge it is a bit different.
The processing fee for credit card transactions is ((Transaction amount +$0.75) *2.25%) +$0.75, and is approximately $.99 per $10 charged.
For example: If you use a credit card and charge $10, a service charge of 75 cents will be added to get $10.75. This will be multiplied by 2.25% (10.75 x .0225 = .24). The 24 cents will be added to $10.75 (10.75+.24 = 10.99). Your total cost for a $10 charge will be $10.99. You will know the amount of the fee before you complete your charge.
