Job fairs spread the word

Recently, CSDB staff attended two career fairs to spread the word about our campus job vacancies. Jennifer Wright, Principal for the School for the Deaf, and Joseph Ryan, Interim Principal for the Employability Center, attended a Career Fair at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. That same week, Jennifer Wright and Anthony Thomas, Director of Student Life, attended a Career Fair at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. At both fairs, we had the opportunity to meet college students from a variety of majors and discuss opportunities at CSDB for internships and position vacancies. Students gave us copies of their resumes and received flyers and other information about our job openings. Both universities were thrilled that CSDB was in attendance and look forward to continued collaboration for years to come.
