Little Language Learners
The Little Language Learners toddler play group had a fabulous fall session. Our 18-month to 3 year-olds and their families joined us for new activities with Deaf and hearing teachers, each Friday morning. Our dual-language approach, modeling both ASL and English, makes this playgroup uniquely accessible to children with all hearing levels. Our class includes sensory play, art, music, ASL rhythm, dramatic play in our little village community playhouses, story time and more. Parents joined in our “Coffee and Conversations” portion of the group that encourages connections with other families and education through guest speakers and new parent topics each week. Little Language Learners is a play-based way to incorporate American Sign Language and English in fun and engaging activities. Want to learn more?
