Residential BtL cooking

The Residential Bridges to Life program encourages students to practice shopping and cooking so they can improve skills they need for when they live independently. During cooking sessions in the dorm, students write out a grocery list and shop for complex recipes as well as simple ones. The staff ensure the students use recipes with more than three main ingredients in their meals. These skills show independence, growth, and most importantly how to cook health-conscious and cost-effective meals.
