Studying weather - School for the Deaf

Recently, the 6th grade science class students, in the School for the Deaf, have been learning about the weather and climates around the world. They studied how to interpret and understand a weather map such as High/Low Pressure, different types of fronts, and what kind of weather to expect based on the weather map symbols. These students have been working on a project where each individual selects an image of a weather map from anywhere in the world. Then, they film themselves providing a weather report as if they were meteorologists on the news.
